Being able to change your behaviour in a given situation that would usually trigger you into reaction is possible. You may not think it is, but it is.

It begins with recognition of the fact that you want to change.

Finding yourself on the tail end of an argument that turned out the same way as it always does, or in the midst of a relationship that looks like your last one and the one before that and the one before that, is normally when you go hold on a second – am I here, ….again?

This is usually the moment when you have finally had enough of ground-hog  day and you make a decision and a commitment to change your experience no matter what it takes. In that moment you feel like you will go to the ends of the Earth to just be able to have a different outcome…
