• What is your deeper purpose, as a leader? Whom do your goals serve, and why?
• How is your integrity being communicated to others? How honestly do you manage questions in your organisation that deal with matter beyond your organisation?
• Who do you influence through your leadership?
• What happens to the collective purpose and values of your organisation due to your leadership?
