If mindfulness is about becoming aware of how the diverse internal and external stimuli we face can provoke automatic, immediate, unthinking responses in our thoughts, emotions, and actions. And, if we tend to make new decisions based upon old frames, memories, or associations. As leaders, how can we be more mindful, step out of our internal story, shift our viewpoints and insightfully reframe our  stance? What is the possibility of being more mindful about identifying which ideas and aspirations are important and which assumptions limit our growth?
